Quit smoking side effects:

Have you experienced a below the side effects at the time of quit smoking?Depending on an individual’s level of addiction, some will experience all of the day to day quit smoking symptoms and side effects of nicotine withdrawal, while others may only experience a few.

Anxiety:

Nicotine makes the brain release dopamine, helping us to feel good. Smoking can also help to calm us or to stimulate us.  So it’s not surprising that if you are getting no or less nicotine you can experience mood swings, depression, and anxiety.

Constipation:

Nicotine and tobacco smoking interfere with normal digestive functions. Upon quitting smoking the digestive system undergoes a radical period of healing. Because of this, the digestive functions of your body may become unsettled as they become accustomed to a life without nicotine and tobacco smoke.

Lack of Concentration:

Many people find it difficult to concentrate due to the numerous physical discomforts associated with quitting smoking. This makes it difficult to concentrate and can make tasks that require a high degree of focus nearly impossible to perform.
