Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, RHCPL takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.

Replacement & Refund Policy

If you have received an incorrect and/or damaged product we will accept the return of the package within 7 days of the delivery date. The same will be replaced only if the product is unused and is in the same condition as you received it, in its original box and packaging. The products cannot be taken back if the company seal has been opened. This is for hygiene reasons.

Refund Payment Method: If the payment was made by Credit/Debit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund to the Credit/Debit Card or Net-Banking account. The refund money will be credited into your account within 30 working days from day of cancellation.

RHCPL reserves the right to reject any replacement/refund request if the product package is opened or the product looks used or is not in its original packaging.

How long do you take to dispatch the order ?

Dear Quitter, we make our best efforts to dispatch your order within 5 working days post payment authorization. Once the order is confirmed post payment authorization & verification, you will receive an email with your order no. & approximate delivery timeline.

How long do you take to deliver the product ?

For Metros: For all in-stock items the delivery is within 7-10 business days post dispatch date.

For Non-Metros: All products will reach you within a time span of 10 to 15 days. For certain remote geographies the time for delivery may exceed 18 days.

RHCPL is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier Company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the Courier Company or postal authorities within 5 working days from the date of the order and payment. At times the delay can also be due to festivals, public holidays, state holidays, natural disasters, unforeseen circumstances, etc.

Delivery of all orders will be dispatched to the shipping address of the buyer as provided while purchasing the product.

We process all deliveries through reputed couriers. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.

How much are the delivery charges ?

The shipping charges will be borne by RHCPL for delivery within India.

International delivery is not available currently.
